These Text Message Marketing Program Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and receipt of certain non-emergency, automated, autodialed, or other marketing text messages (the “Program”) from or on behalf of RhythmScience, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RhythmScience,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy https://www.rhythm360.io/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in and do not use the Program.
Through the Program, RhythmScience may send recurring marketing and promotional text (SMS/MMS) messages about our products, services, offers, events, and related information to mobile numbers that have opted in. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
By providing your mobile number and opting in via our opt-in form you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from RhythmScience at the number you provide, including messages delivered by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of, and are authorized to enroll, the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by, and depend on your plan with, your wireless carrier. RhythmScience is not responsible for these charges.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing messages to that number. You consent to receive that final confirmation message. To rejoin, opt in again as described in Section 2.
For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at help@RhythmScienceInc.com or 1-844-420-0024. A HELP reply will include the Program name and our contact information.
Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s and RhythmScience’s service providers’ transmission. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery to all carriers and devices is not guaranteed.
No mobile information (including your mobile number and SMS opt-in or consent) will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We collect and use the mobile number you provide, and information about your messages with us, to operate the Program, as further described in our Privacy Policy https://www.rhythm360.io/privacy-policy.
The Program is available to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who provide a valid U.S. mobile number they are authorized to enroll.
We may modify or terminate the Program, or update these SMS Terms, at any time. Changes are effective when we post the updated SMS Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
