The American Heart Association's Life's Simple 7 got a resounding boost from a new publication in the journal Circulation.

A team of Korean researchers taped into a national database to review 3.5 million records of patients aged 20-39 and assigned patients a score based on the AHA scale of 7 risk factors.  The higher the score, the more likely someone suffered a cardiovascular event early in their lives (before age 55.).

The AHA recommends a blood pressure monitoring program in concert with your doctor. RhythmScience is here to help!
